The who’s who of Scottsdale helped ring in Stephanie’s new location this past Wednesday. One of the hippest boutiques in town recently opened their doors in the “SoDo” (Downtown Scottsdale) neighborhood and we can safely say that the host, Scottsdale Modern Luxury Magazine throws a lavish party.

Stephanie’s can be best described as Fred Segal attire meets Soho design. The boutique exudes modern contemporary with brick accent walls and Edison light bulb fixtures. Fresh flowers and candles were sprinkled throughout the store and a permanent Ping-Pong table added character to the high-end boutique.

The typical “Stephanie’s Shopper” is alternative chic and can appreciate a good flannel button- up or a vintage concert tee paired with a studded leather jacket. Going through the racks of clothing got me excited for fall weekend- wear and inspired me to deck out a basic t-shirt with costume jewelry.

The store has three levels, the ground floor displaying one-of-a-kind coffee table books, home goods, clothing, and art pieces. The second floor had a DJ spinning beats for the occasion, a white monochromatic office and kitchen area for employees, and the third floor was ideal for a rooftop soiree. Guests of the party sipped on Vektor Vodka cocktails and created their own macaroni and cheese masterpieces. The fact that I could customize toppings for my gourmet macaroni and cheese made the party ten times haute-r.

After giving myself the full three-story tour of the boutique, I was greatly inspired by the urban design, array of products, and the layout of the store. The location was fitting with its art gallery neighbors and not to mention, Stephanie’s looks like it would be a fun place to work!  If I was looking for a part-time job, you would know where to find me, Stephanie’s Sales Associate by day and DJ by night.
