Did you know that your skin is your body’s largest organ? And what you put on your skin affects your health just as much (if not more) as what you put in your mouth? With a surge of awareness going on about what we put in our bodies, somehow the topic of what we put ON our bodies got completely overlooked.

But it MATTERS. Like a lot.

When I originally heard about Citrine Natural Beauty Bar, I loved the concept – all natural and clean beauty products, YES PLEASE! However, it wasn’t until I went in recently for my spring makeover, that I really understood how impactful your skincare and cosmetic products can really be. After chatting with the Citrine’s owner, Melissa, I learned that toxic ingredients in other beauty products can actually have damaging, life altering results!
