Brew Master Dinner Series: That Brewery

Join Hotel Valley Ho each month as we pair craft brews with hors d’oeuvres and a special three-course menu. Chef Charles Wiley and the brew master will discuss the evening’s fare and how the beer is brewed.

In August, we’re welcoming THAT Brewery of Cottonwood and Pine, Arizona. Founded in 2012, it offers a variety of unique blonde, amber, stout and seasonal craft ales. Explore four delicious brews including THAT Strawberry Blonde and Monsoon Mud Stout.
