Wine Soiree

Wine Soirée is one of the premier fundraising events for Valley of the Sun’s philanthropists and young professionals. This sophisticated event, now in its 9th year, features 5 wine tastings with 10 different wines to choose from, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and dancing, a photo booth, a live auction and raffle, plus a champagne and diamond raffle.

ALL proceeds from this event benefit children’s charities through the club’s charitable arm, Valley Kids Foundation. These charities include Child Crisis Arizona, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, Florence Crittenton and New Pathways for Youth. In 2015, Wine Soirée raised over $30,000 for children’s charities.

About Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club:
Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club is a philanthropic, community service and social organization for professional women ages 21 – 39. We provide women with an opportunity for personal growth, friendships and leadership development, while improving the quality of life for the children in our community. Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club’s non-profit organization, Valley Kids Foundation has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to local children’s charities since its inception in 1988. The Valley Kids Foundation 501 (c)(3) also underwrites several volunteer hands-on events designed to provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to children in our community who are facing various challenges.
