Phoenix Fashion Week's Top Model Challenge 2014

It’s almost that time of year again, Phoenix Fashion Week is kicking off another competition, the model of the year announcement. Events are underway, and we are lucky enough to be a part of it once again (see our story from last year here). We found ourselves at INTL- Night Club in Scottsdale for the No7 model announcement party where the top models this year were to be announced. The guests were excited, and the DJ was making sure to keep the party poppin, with the help of a little champagne.

42 stunning models, 35 female, and 7 male, made the cut from 200 aspiring models. Each of the models’ names were announced as they strutted down the runway working everything their mama gave them.Toni & Guy and No7 cosmetics made sure each model looked fierce and fab the entire night and close up ready.

No7 also set up two stations where they were able to transform guests from pretty, to pretty fab. The designers and guests cheered for each model, but how could you pick just one?

Phoenix Fashion Week tries to make picking a little easier by having several challenges. Challenge 1 was the Headshot Challenge, with one male, and one female winner. The five female finalists were Sammy, Aubri, Eddene, Jessica S. , and MacKenzie. The three male finalists were Nico, Kyle, and Nick.

All of the models did fabulous and looked great, but a huge congratulations to Sammy and Nico on winning the first challenge! We know you two will continue to stand out as the model of the year competition continues.
