Fashion’s Night Out

Fashion’s Night Out started in New York City in 2009 as a way to encourage fashionistas to shop and support the fashion world despite a not so fabulous economy. The event has taken over the world, including Arizona! We headed out to Scottsdale Fashion Square to hang out with a super chic crowd to celebrate our favorite obsession.

Neiman Marcus showcased a gorgeous collection, full of sequins and dramatic fabric choices. Our upper deck view gave us exclusive access to the prep area (yes, we did get a nod from our new favorite men’s fashion model). The show was jaw-dropping gorgeous. We absolutely died over the evening gowns. Bravo Neimans!

After the show, we met up with our Phoenix Fashion Week friends. These gorgeous ladies had stopped by their favorite stores to snag some major discounts and mingle with other Arizona fashionistas. And of course, they stopped by to vote at the Little Black Dress challenge, hosted by Phoenix Fashion Week. iPads were set up for FNO shoppers to vote for their favorite sketch (very Project Runway, combining technology and design).

Fashion inspiration was everywhere. Major Audrey Hepburn moments played on a flatscreen, endless pages of couture were at our fingertips, and of course your favorite fashion bloggers were strutting our stuff.

Neiman Marcus pulled out all the stops by offering a fun and interactive photo shoot opportunity. FNO outfits were accessorized with amusing props – mustaches, flowers, and funny lips… Oh my!

We had such a fabulous time at Fashion Night Out. No matter what city you call home, find the fashion and CELEBRATE.
